I love, love, love seeing my clients transform not only physically but also in mind and spirit as we uncover the unique food and lifestyle changes that help you feel your best. Before we get started, here’s a little bit about me and my ongoing journey to take control of my own health.

Growing up, I was not always the healthiest.
I was actually quite the picky eater. I struggled with asthma and allergies as a child and sometimes missed out on things because I didn’t feel good. In my young adulthood, I was very active but not always for the right reasons. I tended to overexercise, diet, and then binge. It wasn’t until my first pregnancy that I finally was able to let go of the dieting mentality and tune into my body’s needs. I earned a BS in Dietetics, but I still didn’t feel like a “nutrition expert”. What was the secret to aging free of disease, illness, and life-long reliance on medications? I knew it went beyond the one-size-fits all diets, pills, and protocols we are all bombarded with in the mainstream health and wellness field.Let’s move beyond survival and unlock the life you deserve!
This began my journey into self-discovery.
I wanted to find out what are the foods and lifestyle practices that help me feel my best and live the life I want. I enrolled in a short health coaching course and started my own business as a health coach. I jumped in full force and was met with fear, resistance, and doubt.
So I dove in deeper. I took more courses in business, nutrition, and coaching, but I also connected with the spiritual side of health. I completed 2 levels of yoga training, taught yoga for a few years, enrolled in an Ayurveda (the sister science to Yoga) course and began to apply these principles to my life.
These experiences taught me to meditate, connect to my inner voice for guidance, and live in rhythm with nature.
Even with all these experiences,
I am still growing. Feeling my best is not a destination, but an ongoing journey. Sometimes I take a few steps forward and then a few more back, and that’s okay. Our bodies, minds and spirits are in a constant dance with our life circumstances and environment. The answers to our health issues are within us. I am absolutely passionate about helping you slow down, connect to that inner voice, and uncover the path to everything YOU need to heal.
